No guts, no glory

For FHE last night, we did our Halloween duty and carved a pumpkin. Thanks Cameron & Kelli for growing such great pumpkins and then giving us one! Elizabeth had the time of her life helping Eric gut the pumpkin.

Rachel on the other hand, didn't.

It's been pretty cold around here with snow so we've put our oven to use baking lots of yummy things--bread, cakes, all the good things in life. Here's the very messy but happy result of the girls helping Eric make or rather clean the beaters from the yummy chocolate cake.

Waddle, waddle

Right on Carlsen schedule. Evelyn's starting to take steps around 13 months like Elizabeth & Rachel and here is video to prove it.

Autumnblings

It has been sooo cold around here lately. I don't know if I'm ready for winter but hopefully we'll get something of a real fall before that happens. We have been busy and I did take pictures of a few things so here goes.

Last weekend we snuggled up inside for General Conference watching it from the comfort of our loft on the computer.

Rachel had her last gymnastics class, I only hope she enjoyed it since she doesn't say too much.

We went to the Wildlife Experience museum and toured the Globeology exhibit where we learned of the different biomes. We couldn't take pictures in it but here are the girls dressing up in the play area and posing outside on our last beautiful 70 degree day.
